I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner, and one of my favorite parts of what I do is helping people better understand their health. I like asking questions, explaining the why, and giving you the information you need to make decisions that feel right for you.

Sunstone grew out of wanting more time with my patients. More time to listen, understand what matters to you, and look at your symptoms, goals, lifestyle, and lab results together.
